Here is my Layout for this challenge.
This is an 8x8 scrapbooking page layout called "Primary Colours", the inspiration was taken from the brightly coloured toys in the photos.
1. More than 1 photo - 4 in total
2. Use bright colours - um... yeah think so! LOL
3. Use some ribbon -3 flat ribbons
4. Tearing technique - yep, blue paper torn edge.
The title for the layout above was created using a standard word processing program on a computer (rather than a design program) And, it was printed out at the same time as the photographs, ie onto the photographic paper.
This is another way to make economical use of your sheets of photgraphic paper!
